Jay Elect releases the tracklist for his long awaited project, Act II: Patents of Nobility. I don’t know how to feel about this. On one hand I’m excited to see news of an album that was said to be finished months ago. On the other, its insignificant without the actual music. Yeah, features from Kanye West, Jay-Z, and Erykah Badu sound blissfully sublime. But, without any material to go along with it, I’m left with information on what could be, and not what is. So with that said, this is very good news. Hopefully we will get a release date in the upcoming future.
